Following the rebrand of The Pet Shop by Landor & Fitch, Pet HQ was born (the GCC's largest pet retailer). Overseeing all aspects of brand, marketing and campaign creative. Leading the creative team to roll-out the rebrand across GCC stores and online. Defining the entire retail experience – overall concepts and key structural designs – liaising with suppliers/contractors for project build.

Illustration Creation – A set of master illustrations were crucial to enhance the playful personality of the brand, as well as functionally representing the six overarching animal categories. The unique tail from the brandmark’s ‘Q’ was integrated into each illustration to unify the characters as an ownable Pet HQ family. Illustrations are to be rolled-out throughout all stores as well across digital platforms.
